Feb. 28, 2010: 9 Month Swayzee
Swayz is the happiest girl! I'm enjoying every moment of it, because I know that "1" is just around the corner. And somehow the instant that birthday arrives, spunki-ness comes out! We love you JellyBean!She still loves to pull up on anything, walk around it, and of course, drool ALL over it. She smiles easily and responds to Swayz, Swayzee, or "fwayz" which is what Maddux calls her. She is super ticklish and laughs to giggle. She adores brother and laughs the hardest at whatever he is doing.
Milestones:Weight: 17 lbs 4 oz. (24%)
Height: 27.5 in (51%)
Head Circ.: 17 1/2 (66%)
-Loves to eat by HERSELF! Loves bananas, cheerios, beans, spaghetti, veggies
-She ate her FIRST cracker March 2 at the park. Hooray for Ritz!
-Sleeps from 7:30-7:30! (I wake her up sometimes to feed her before SPIN, but that doesn't count!)
-Walks while pushing Maddux's dump truck
-Ate Big-Girl food this week. It was delicious spaghetti in the Magic Bullet!
I'm still trying to figure out the hair thing...I'm ashamed to admit that she often looks like a shetland pony. Ya know, the ponies that have thick bangs that completely cover up their eyes? Yep, that's my girl!
Playing in Maddux's room.
They like to play with each other. I love to listen in on his conversations with her. They usually go something like this: (cue high pitch soft voice) "Fwayz, come on Fwayz, come play in my room. No, no Fwayz don't touch my tools. Here Fwayz, play with this toy. (He brilliantly distracts her with another toy in order to get the toy he wants). (Cue LOUD VOICE) FWAYZ!! DON'T TOUCH MY BLANKET! End play time. 
She is still a super-fast crawler! She puts her little chin down, and cruises! It's THE cutest thing to watch her little bum swish back and forth. I love it!
I HAD to post a pic of it! I made it in 1 hour people!! My back is awfully sore from all those pats I've given myself... haha!

Your car seat cover is darling! I love the cute material. For Relief Society we have started making these for the new mommies in my ward with new babies. I have about 4 left to make. I think sewing is my new addiction!
My mom taught me how to make these 4 corners aprons. I bet you would love them!
Anyway, I did get your message and have tried calling a few times, but I would love to meet up for lunch! I am good anytime after the 21st. Just let me know!
