Swimming and craziness

Friday was SO crazy-but SO much fun! I watched my nephew for the day. I thanked Heavenly Father that I was not blessed with twins. I think He knows that would be the end of me! Picture this: Two 2 1/2 year olds running and dumping all of the toys out while I tried to nurse a 6 week old baby. That was the easy part. I laughed as my nephew chased Maddux with this HUGE building block (it was like a 2x4) he held high over his head as he got ready to hit with it. I did intervene- it was just like a movie. They ate lunch really well and chased bubbles. Swayzee would not go to sleep for anything. That made it super tricky. Maddux tripped as he was running and tumbled down the stairs-no bruises. But, Luke did get a bruise when they were laughing uncontrollably and jumping onto a giant bean bag and banged heads. If I didn't laugh, I would have cried. Why not make it a good day! I told Bones no more babies for us until Maddux is in kindergarten!
Happy boys eating fruit snacks
The boys set this track up all by themsleves!!
This is how Sawyzee and I go swimming. I'm teaching
her early that "swimming" means to lay out at the pool, not get in it!

Bones playing a game with the fam.
Thankfully, Maddux is the biggest chicken, ever when it comes to the water!
This is how Maddux swam the entire time-Hooray for a nice daddy!

Go Bones!! Thanks to Stephanie for the awesome action shot!!

sounds like good times!!! Babies never sleep when you want them to

You won't have to wait that long!! The older two will occupy themselves when the 3rd one comes - it gets easier and they won't be the same age!
